Rolling Stone Lighting Design (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect when you use rollingstone.lighting and our GrandMA3 plugins.
- Account data: operator name, role, and password hash for portal login.
- Snapshots: webcam photos you consent to for verification / operators directory.
- Orders: name, email, and payment reference for licensed plugin purchases.
- Usage: basic page-view counts to improve the site.
We do not sell your personal data. Payment card details are processed by Razorpay / your bank — we do not store full card numbers. Contact us anytime to request correction or removal of your operator profile snapshot.

By downloading free tools or purchasing a Pro license you agree to these terms.
- Plugins and software are licensed for professional lighting use on authorized consoles.
- Rolling Stone Fly Out is a USB-licensed commercial plugin for GrandMA3-compatible workflows unless otherwise stated on the product page.
- No affiliation: Rolling Stone plugins and this website are independent products. They are not made by, endorsed by, or connected with MA Lighting Technology GmbH, grandMA, or related brands. They are a separate third-party application.
- No show-file guarantee: We do not guarantee show files, console stability, or manufacturer support. Installing or using third-party plugins / files may reduce or void manufacturer or venue support guarantees. Use at your own professional risk; always back up show files first.
- You may not resell, redistribute, or reverse-engineer our LUA plugins or license keys.
- Operator portal access requires truthful registration and consent for snapshot capture.
- Show content and third-party assets remain your responsibility; we are not liable for production downtime caused by misuse.
We may update these terms; continued use of the site means you accept the latest version.
Refund Policy
Digital products (LUA plugins / license keys) are delivered instantly after successful payment.
- Unconditional refund window: request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if the license key has not been used on a console and download support has not been abused.
- If the file is defective or the license key fails due to our error, we will replace it or refund in full.
- Refunds are not available after the key is activated on a console, after 7 days, or for chargebacks without prior contact.
- Free downloads are provided as-is and are not eligible for monetary refund.
Email info@rollingstone.design with your order email and Razorpay payment ID to start a refund.
Shipping & Delivery
All products on this website are digital. There is no physical shipping.
- Delivery method: instant download (.lua / .zip) in your browser after verification or payment.
- Delivery time: usually immediate after successful payment or camera verification.
- License key: shown on-screen after checkout, emailed to your address, and included in the download ZIP.
- If download fails, clear cache / try another browser, then contact us with your payment ID.
We do not charge shipping or customs fees because no physical goods are mailed.
Payment
Paid plugins (e.g. Rolling Stone Fly Out) are billed securely through our checkout.
- Accepted methods: Credit / Debit Card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) and UPI / GPay / PhonePe / NetBanking via Razorpay.
- Currency: prices shown in INR (₹) with approximate USD reference on the product card.
- Security: 256-bit SSL on the site; card data is handled by Razorpay — we never store CVV or full PAN.
- Confirmation: after payment you receive an on-screen license key, email delivery, and plugin + license ZIP download.
- Failed payments: you are not charged for incomplete checkouts; retry or contact us if money was deducted without a key.
For invoices or payment disputes, write to info@rollingstone.design with the Razorpay payment ID.
